DELIVERIES

How can I track my order ?


After confirming your order, an e-mail is sent to you with the tracking number.
Just click on the link "track my order" and enter it manually.

You can also go to the website Colissimo (La Poste) to enter your tracking number. We remain at your entire disposal if you have any problem at the following email address: bonjour@quartierlibreparis.com.




What are the shipping fees ?


Delivery is made by our service provider Colissimo. We take in charge a part of the costs to provide you with the best rates :
- France (except Dom-Tom) : 4,50€ if less than 0,75kg and 5,50€ if more than 0,75kg.
- Europe : 10€ if less than 0,75kg and 15€ if more than 0,75kg
- Rest of the world including Dom Tom: 17€ if less than 0,75kg and 20€ if more than 0,75kg.




What are the delivery times ?


Delivery times are :
- In France : 3 to 5 working days
- In Europe: 4 to 7 working days
- In the rest of the world: delivery time varies depending on the country.
Please note that for personalized pieces, delivery times are 4 to 8 working days (France).
Personalized items cannot be returned.




Where can I get delivery ?


We offer a delivery without signature to the address of your choice, either at your home or at your workplace. Once the order has been validated, you will not be able to change your delivery address.




In which countries is shipment possible ?


Quartier Libre ships worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary based on the destination. Please note that if the delivery is scheduled in a country subject to customs taxes, these taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.




Can I choose the time and date of the delivery ?


Unfortunately, you cannot choose the date and time of the delivery. However, you can contact Colissimo directly at 09 72 72 12 13 to try to arrange a delivery date.




Where is my order shipped from ?


All orders are shipped from our showroom in Paris, France.




What if I am not at home at the time of delivery ?


If you are not at home at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox.
This notice will indicate the time and day of passage and also the post office where you can pick up the order.
You will then have to go to the post office indicated with the delivery notice left by the postal officer and an identity document to pick it up. You then have a period of 14 days, after which the order will be returned.
If the order is returned to us, the delivery costs will be charged again to the customer.




What can I do if I haven't received my order yet?


If your order has not been delivered within the estimated time, we advise you to : 1. Check the status of your order: enter the order number indicated in the confirmation email on the Colissimo website.
2. Check that the delivery address and other information is correct.
3. Contact Colissimo at 09 72 72 12 13 if you were unable to receive your order. You can also contact us, we will be delighted to help you.





RETURNS

What is the return process ?


As soon as you receive your order, you have 14 days to return your items.
1. For all return requests, please send an e-mail to bonjour@quartierlibreparis.com with your order number, the reason for your return and the product(s) concerned.
2. You will receive on your e-mail address your prepaid return label, the return is free of charge.
3. Add the items to be returned and slip the order confirmation into the package. Note that the package has a double adhesive specially designed to facilitate your returns.
4. Deposit your package at the Post Office.
5. Once the package is received and in conformity, your refund will be made within 15 days directly to the payment card used to validate the order.

Please note:
- Only products not worn, not washed, not soiled with their original labels are refunded.
- Personalized products cannot be returned.
- If they do not comply with all these rules, we will return them to you.
- We do not refund any return costs for packages sent by you without using the prepaid return label.




How to exchange an item ?


Quartier Libre does not make any exchanges, if you want a new size, another model or another color, just place a standard order on the online store and make a return request for the item(s) to be returned. Personalized items cannot be returned.




How is the refund process ?


Please note that we will refund you within a maximum of 10 working days after reception of the return of your order, if the return procedure is respected Your refund will be made to the credit card used at the time of your order.




Can I use the package ?


When you order on our website, you securely receive a neutral reusable box that is fully recyclable. It features a double adhesive specially designed to facilitate your returns or future shipments.




Is the return charged ?


Returns are covered by Quartier Libre in Metropolitan France.Outside Metropolitan France, returns are at the client's expense and are made at the client's risk via the transporter of his choice.
