Where are the models manufactured ?


Quartier Libre develops and manufactures its entire collection in France in order to promote local craftsmanship and reduce its ecological impact. Our products are produced in a workshop with unique requirements in the North of France.
Our partners are also selected for their French know-how : styling, patronage, accessories, labels, manufacturing, embroidery ... Do not hesitate to consult our commitments to learn more.




Which fabrics are being used?


You will find the composition of each model on their product description. All of our fabrics are selected according several criteria: quality, comfort, aesthetics, durability and eco-responsibility. Our fabrics are soft, breathable and respectful of sensitive skins while having a perfect fall and a luminous color.
They are also carefully selected in order to reduce as much as possible the ecological impact while keeping an exceptional quality, they are eco-responsible and biodegradable. Visit the page Tencel™ Lyocell and viscose rayon to learn more.




How can I retrieve a button?


We do not provide a courtesy button on our models for the purpose of eco-responsibility. The vast majority of buttons are never reused and are therefore discarded. If you have the slightest problem with one of our accessories, we will be happy to send it to you gracefully.
To do so, send an email to bonjour@quartierlibreparis.com with the following information:
- Reference of your product
- Your order number
- The description of the part you need Quartier Libre wishes to contribute to a future without waste.




How do I know which size fits me?


You will find our advice concerning the size of each model on their product page. Please note that all our pyjamas have a loose fit for more comfort and freedom of movement.
If you hesitate between two sizes, we advise you to choose the size below, otherwise take your usual size. Visit the size guide page for measurements and international equivalents.




Can I sleep with the models?


Quartier Libre is the only house dedicated to French pyjamas for modern women. Quartier Libre hijacks the pyjamas to make them more current so that they can follow you throughout the day and night. Designed to be soft, comfortable and highly breathable, Quartier Libre pyjamas are ideal for a good night's sleep.




Are the models transparent?


Quartier Libre's items have a double vocation, the fabrics have been selected for their opacity in order to avoid any transparency in all the colors proposed.




What are the care instructions?


You will find care instructions and compositon of each model on their product page. We recommend gentle washing at 30°C, air drying and ironing at low temperature to improve the life of your products. Visit the page Tencel™ Lyocell and rayon viscose to know the specificities of our materials.

How do I create a Quartier Libre account?


You can create an account at any time in order to access your order information more easily. To do so, we invite you to follow the following steps:
- Click on the "Login" space at the top right of the home page of your computer, or on the menu from your cell phone.
- Enter your email address on the registration page.

The items in your shopping cart are not reserved.




How do I delete my Quartier Libre account?


If you wish to delete your Quartier Libre's account, please send us an email with your first and last name.

ORDER

How do I know if my order is processed ?


Once your order has been validated, a confirmation email will be sent to you, with your order number and the summary of your cart. The delivery time is between 3 and 5 working days (France).
For personalized pieces, the delivery time is between 4 and 8 working days (France). We will also inform you by email as soon as your order is shipped, with the tracking number of your order. Do not hesitate to consult Deliveries & Returns for more information.




What are the delivery, return and refund policies ?

Can I change or cancel my order ?


When your order is validated, it is automatically transmitted to our logistics center in order to be processed as soon as possible.
It is therefore not possible to change or cancel it. However, you can return the items to us without any cost and place the order again on our website if you wish to do so. Personalized products cannot be returned . Consult our Deliveries & Returns page for more information.




Where can I find Quartier Libre designs ?


For the moment all Quartier Libre products are only available on the website www.quartierlibreparis.com.
If a item does not satisfy you, Quartier Libre will take the responsibility for the return (except for personalized products). For more information, please refer to the Deliveries & Returns page. Follow us on Instagram to stay informed of our latest news.




Do I need to create an account in order to place an order ?


If you wish to make a purchase on the Quartier Libre website, you do not need to create an account.
However, we advise you to create an account to take advantage of sections and services reserved exclusively for our clients. To register, please refer to the "My account" section or enter your email address on the identification page.





PAYMENT

How do I proceed if my payment is declined ?


We advise you to check that you have not received any order confirmation email in your main mailbox or in your spam folder.
If this is not the case, you can try again to place an order with another payment method.




Is the payment secure ?


Quartier Libre's website is highly secure, you can communicate your bank details with complete serenity. It benefits from PCI DSS level 1 certification, the highest level of security for internet payments, and is DSP2 compliant. The 3D Secure system also allows you to secure online payments thanks to its authentication procedure. In addition, connections are protected as indicated by the "https" prefix and padlock in the browser.




How can I retrieve my invoice?


Quartier Libre generates an invoice for each order placed. You can send an email to the following address: bonjour@quartierlibreparis.com to retrieve it. Please mention your name, first name and order number. Once the order has been confirmed, it will be impossible to modify the information you have filled in, just as it will be impossible to issue a new invoice.




What are the accepted payment methods ?


Payment on our website can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cartes Bancaires).




When will I be debited from my bank account ?


The total amount of the command is debited during the validation of the payment of your order.





HYGIENE

Are sanitary measures in place before shipment ?


All packages are prepared with great care.
A protocol is set up internally to ensure that your items are treated with the highest level of hygiene.
