Where are the models manufactured ?
Quartier Libre develops and manufactures its entire collection in France in order to promote local craftsmanship and reduce its ecological impact.
Which fabrics are being used?
You will find the composition of each model on their product description.
They are also carefully selected in order to reduce as much as possible the ecological impact while keeping an exceptional quality, they are eco-responsible and biodegradable.
How can I retrieve a button?
To do so, send an email to email@example.com with the following information:
- Reference of your product
- Your order number
- The description of the part you need
How do I know which size fits me?
You will find our advice concerning the size of each model on their product page.
If you hesitate between two sizes, we advise you to choose the size below, otherwise take your usual size.

Quartier Libre's items have a double vocation, the fabrics have been selected for their opacity in order to avoid any transparency in all the colors proposed.

How do I know if my order is processed ?
Once your order has been validated, a confirmation email will be sent to you, with your order number and the summary of your cart.
For personalized pieces, the delivery time is between 4 and 8 working days (France).

Can I change or cancel my order ?
It is therefore not possible to change or cancel it. However, you can return the items to us without any cost and place the order again on our website if you wish to do so.
Where can I find Quartier Libre designs ?
If a item does not satisfy you, Quartier Libre will take the responsibility for the return (except for personalized products). For more information, please refer to the Deliveries & Returns page.
Do I need to create an account in order to place an order ?
However, we advise you to create an account to take advantage of sections and services reserved exclusively for our clients.
How do I proceed if my payment is declined ?
We advise you to check that you have not received any order confirmation email in your main mailbox or in your spam folder.
If this is not the case, you can try again to place an order with another payment method.
Is the payment secure ?
How can I retrieve my invoice?
Quartier Libre generates an invoice for each order placed. You can send an email to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org to retrieve it. Please mention your name, first name and order number.
What are the accepted payment methods ?
Payment on our website can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cartes Bancaires).
When will I be debited from my bank account ?
